We have organized a special lesson dedicated to this ceramic decoration technique called BUBBLE GLAZE which is setting a trend in the world of pottery throughout the hemisphere, characterized by unrepeatable effects and bright chromatic transparencies.

One of the most fashionable and innovative techniques of the moment, easy and fun and with many fields of application.

The Workshop is recommended to everyone, beginners and not, as long as they are curious to understand and experiment with new ceramic techniques.

ORGANIZATION AND COST

- Maximum 10 students.

- A lesson lasting 2.5 hours.

- Contribution of materials and firing included: € 68*

*preferential price for students and former students € 64 .

PLAN

- History of the technique.

- Glazing of a large immersion bowl.

- Bowl finishing.

- Preparation of colours.

- Decoration with bubble glaze.

- Crystallining.

- Examples of decorative potential and the use of the technique. (The manufactured article can be collected in the atelier after firing.)

GOALS

Develop the creativity and design process and learn the fundamentals of ceramics with particular attention to the decorative technique called Bubble Glaze. A ceramic object will be made with the technique in question.
