THROWING COURSE

Individual course
The purpose of the basic course is to teach the basic techniques of approach to the electric throwing, in order to autonomously create vases of a simple shape.

The lesson schedule will be agreed week by week with the teacher at the following times: Monday to Friday from 2pm to 8pm. Wednesdays until 9.30pm.

Period: All year round, repeatedly
Attendance: as agreed with the teacher
Duration: admission package of 12 hours of lessons. We recommend lessons lasting at least 1 hour and a half.
Cost of the course: € 336.00

The purpose of the course is to teach the basic techniques of approach to the electric lathe, in order to create vases with a simple shape.

The course is divided into theoretical and practical individual lessons and experience lessons.

The course program will be developed in two parts:

The first part includes, in addition to the theoretical part, the teaching of the centering of the piece, the methods for lifting the walls of the object to be created with the help of the hands, the positions to define the shapes, the finishing.

The second part provides for the free use of the lathe by the student to experiment with the knowledge acquired and gain experience.

The student will then be able to decide whether to decorate or ceramize the artifacts at will by joining a collective ceramic decoration course and thus purchasing a subsequent package of lesson hours.

All students will be able to continue learning the chosen techniques by purchasing tiered hour packages, of your choice and at preferential prices.

The throwing courses are aimed at everyone, from beginners to expert potters.

Those who have no experience in the subject will find a friendly environment and highly qualified teachers who will be able to introduce the subject from the basics.

The programs will take place always keeping in mind the learning needs of the student.

The laboratory is structured with all the professional equipment in order to offer even the most experienced ceramist the opportunity to experiment with particular techniques.
