RAKU COURSE

THE COURSES ARE OPEN EVERY DAY BY RESERVATION, from Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 8:00pm and on Wednesday evening until 9:30pm. For foreigners, the course is held in English

The course can be started at any time of the year and is designed as an hourly package to scale. Everyone can choose the time and day of attendance by communicating it week by week.

ORGANIZATION AND COSTS

Period: All year round. Entries every week

Attendance: we recommend 2 hours lesson, one or more times a week.

Duration: admission package of 10 hours of lessons.

Cost of the course including 1st cooking and materials: € 188.00

One-off administrative costs: € 15.00

The course begins with a 10 hours climbing package at the end of which you can buy from the single lesson to other packages of climbing hours if you wish to deepen your training.

The training course is personalized and gradually you will be able to experiment with ever-changing techniques.
Included in the package price are all the materials and the first baking of the biscuit. The only additional cost will be cooking in the raku technique which is quantified per portion of the oven.

Every month we organize a day of raku cooking in which everything that will be ready at that moment will be cooked.

This mixed collective "formula" is very stimulating for the students, in fact the laboratory becomes a meeting place, exchange of ideas and techniques for everyone.

Depending on the level of the student, it will be possible to experiment with all the shaping and decoration techniques suitable for Raku cooking.

NAKED RAKU technique

SEALED LANDS (TERRE SIGILLATE) technique

MIXED techniques

Students will actively experiment with each technique that we will face, in order to fully learn it and be able to work in complete autonomy.
